There are two ways you can access your Aledo BroadBand email: by web or by
using email software such as Outlook, Netscape, Thunderbird or
Eudora.
- Access by web

Use the login at the right, or click here to log in to the
new mail server. This service is also available for
users who have their own domain names hosted on Aledo
BroadBand's mail servers (eg: jdoe@yourname.com).
Click here to change your password. Your User Account is the first portion of your email address (jdoe).
Your domain name is the last portion of your email address (aledobb.com).
Contact us if you don't
remember your password. Be sure to include your phone number in
the Comments.

new mail server, you can use this

- Access by POP3 Software (such as Outlook, Netscape, Eudora,
etc).

(Please note that if you use software such as Outlook, Outlook
Express, Netscape, etc, once you've downloaded an email to your
computer, that particular email can no longer be accessed via the web
since it is now on your computer.)

To change your password, click

an email software like Outlook, be sure to change your password in
Outlook after you change it on the server.
